  • Performing a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove a fibroid weighing 2.2 kg, one of the largest reported.
  • Executing a laparoscopic cervical cerclage at 23 weeks of gestation, helping preserve a high-risk pregnancy.
  • Performing total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) in patients with morbid obesity, including a challenging case at 133 kg body weight.
  • Conducting laparoscopic hysterectomy for a patient with large adenomyotic uterus and severe endometriosis who was also a renal transplant recipient.
